  1. NONFUNCTIONING WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

    If the product was used within 7 days after purchase, there will be no charge for product repair under warranty due to manufacturing defects. Please note: you will be charged for the costs of any repair unless you can provide a receipt and warranty card to our staff.

  2. WARRANTY TERMS

    Product repair under warranty can be made with no charge if the claim is in accordance with warranty terms and conditions. To be exact, product damage must not result from misuse and void sticker specifying month/year of purchase must be in good conditions and not be defaced, altered or removed.

  3. DAMAGES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

    1. Product warranty is exclude consumable accessories such as CD, Software ,User manual ,Polymer ,Cover ,Battery ,Electric cord, Speaker , Switch ,Keypad, Adaptor USB ,and Premium.
    2. Damage from exposure to liquids e.g. water, sweat, chemicals, etc.
    3. Malfunctions caused by a drop or a fall.
    4. Damage from a voltage higher or lower than standards set by the manufacturer.
    5. Damage from use of product with accessories such as adaptor, that are not included in the standard product package.
    6. Damage from improper storage or use in a manner that is not normal or not compliant with the user manual.
    7. Damage from repairs or modifications and/or adjustments which are not done by authorized persons of ZK Information (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
    8. Void sticker has been altered, defaced or removed.
    9. Product serial number does not match ZK Information record.
    10. Damage from extraordinary natural events e.g. fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.
    11. Damage caused by animals or insects.
    12. Software other than that originally installed and/or bundled with the product.
    13. Loss or theft of the product.
